 ポーラ・アブドゥル（Paula Abdul, Paula Julie Abdul 1962年6月19日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国カリフォルニア州サンフランシスコ出身の歌手・ダンサーである。ユダヤ系レバノン人の父をもつ。
元々NBAのチアリーダーをしていたが、1980年代に入りジャネット・ジャクソンの振り付けを担当し一躍注目されると共に、他にもZZトップやデュラン・デュランなどのアーティストのコレオグラファーとしても活躍する。

 Paula Julie Abdul (pronounced /ˈæbduːl/, born June 19, 1962)[3] is an American pop singer, dancer, choreographer, actress and television personality.
 In the 1980s, Abdul rose from being a cheerleader for the Los Angeles Lakers to being a sought-after choreographer at the height of the music video era, then to being a Pop-R&B singer with a string of hits in the late-1980s and early-1990s.
